This program is perfect for nonprofit leaders who are sick of spinning their wheels, agonizing over what to do next, or simply doubting their ability to raise money for their mission.
Regardless of your mission, building a sustaining nonprofit means having a clear and compelling vision for the kind of impact you want to have, and a robust plan for raising the money needed to achieve that vision.
Whether you have a strategic plan already and just want to get clear about how to use it as a fundraising tool, or you're starting from scratch and need to nail down your priorities for the coming years, this program will give you the confidence to talk about - and raise money for - your strategic vision with more clarity and success.
Training modules are released every week with easy-to-follow videos, done-for-you models and templates, resource lists, and worksheets. All of the trainings are online inside a private members-only portal. Live coaching happens in alternate weeks via Zoom.
Go through the materials each week as they’re released in the student portal, or you can slow things down and work on your own schedule. Join the live coaching calls for feedback and support along the way!
